With this, you have full control over your insurance data from now on. With the Livica online portal, you get a clear overview of your current retirement situation. Print your personalized retirement certificate conveniently, simulate different scenarios online, and get an overview of the resulting benefits. Use the integrated tax calculator to better understand the tax implications.

To activate your personal account, you have received a letter by post. Alternatively, you can contact us, and we will send you the letter with the activation code by email.
Instructions for first-time login/registration
Login/registration
Open the website: https://portal.livica.ch/
Click on 'Register'

Identification
Enter your 13-digit OASI number
→ The 13-digit OASI number can be found on your current pension certificateEnter your date of birth
Enter your personal activation code
→ You will receive the activation code in a separate letter

Enter user data
Enter the (private) email address (this is also the username)
Create the password (at least eight characters from the following groups: numbers, upper and lower case letters, special characters)
Repeat the password
→ After entering your e-mail address, you will receive a verification code in your e-mail inbox (please also check the SPAM folder)

Set up authentication
Access to your insurance portal is additionally protected with two-factor authentication. You have two options to choose from:
Option 1: Text message sent to a mobile phone number
Option 2: Authenticator app
→ The app, e.g. “Microsoft Authenticator” can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
