Constitution of the Foundation Board

The Foundation Board has commenced the new term of office (1 July 2025 – 30 June 2029) with its composition unchanged. By the set deadline, the pension commissions had not submitted any additional candidates to the proposed election list of the Board of Trustees. Accordingly, all current trustees have been confirmed by silent election.

The Foundation Board has constituted itself and elected Roland Schmid, external employee representative, as Chairman for the entire term of office. Christina Kehl, Manager Compensation & Benefits at RUAG AG, was elected Vice-Chairwoman.

Roland Schmid is a federally certified pension insurance expert and SAV actuary. He has built up Swiss Life Pension Services AG (SLPS) for 11 years. Previously, he held senior positions at Zurich Life Insurance Company Ltd and at Hewitt Associates. He has also held various board of trustees and board of directors mandates at several companies in administrative and consulting roles.
