Raphael Joos joins the Executive Board of Livica Collective Foundation
Raphael Joos joined the Executive Board of Livica Collective Foundation on November 1, 2025, succeeding Corrado Tedeschi. Corrado Tedeschi will remain with Livica as a senior advisor until June 30, 2026, ensuring continuity in ongoing projects.
Raphael Joos is responsible for investment management and IT. He is jointly responsible for corporate development with the Chairman of the Executive Board, Smain Barka.
Before joining Livica, Raphael Joos was CEO of Allvisa Services AG in Zurich. In this role, he managed four sites with around 85 employees, was responsible for several business areas, and managed a broad portfolio of mandates. His main areas of focus included the merger of AXA Pension Solutions into Allvisa Services AG, the implementation of a new target operating model, and the expansion of market positioning through strategic growth. In addition to his close contact with customers, he managed several foundation mandates as managing director and developed strategic partnerships.
His professional background lies in institutional investment and risk management. At a large Swiss pension fund, he held positions as Chief Risk Officer, Head of Risk Management, and Deputy Chief Investment Officer. He shaped ALM and risk modeling, established ERM and reporting processes, and worked on investment committees at the interface between governance and portfolio decisions. He gained international risk and due diligence experience during an assignment in New York.
Raphael Joos is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Banking and Finance.
